Tons of crafts coming soon!

First, let me just brag and say that I've been featured on another blog!!! I was kind of surprised at how excited I got about it. Check out the link over to the right :)

Now on to the original reason for this post...I have lots of cute crafts that I've made recently that I am dying to post...but I can't. Why??? Because they are Christmas gifts for people who might stumble across this blog of mine (since I know they read my other blog). So for now you'll have to survive on pics of last year's projects:

Personalized bookends for the sister that loves to read (had I known that she would get married 5 months later I wouldn't have matched them to her bedroom!)

Picture frame wreath

And the ever popular and super easy personalized comp-book-turned-journal. There will be another of these this year for a different family member and I super love how it turned out!

Shower Curtain Ring Bracelets

How cute are these bracelets?!?!

I hot glued ribbon around a plastic shower curtain ring and then tied a different colored ribbon into a bow around the narrow part where the ring opens and closes. Now Madie can have cute bracelets to match her clothes! And do you want to know the best part? It didn't cost me anything since I already had all of the stuff to make it on hand! But even if you don't have a bunch of plastic shower curtain rings in with the bin of bath toys, you can get them super cheap.

Ornament Wreath

Here is my version of this ornament wreath! The instructions say you need 80 ornaments, but I didn't want to spend that much so I just got 6 pkgs of ornaments at the dollar store (68 balls total) and figured I could just make my wreath smaller.

I'm not super sold on the ribbon, but luckily that is easy to change.
