Rainbow Cupcakes

I love how cute these are. If only they were chocolate...mmm...

Thanks Our Best Bites! Apparently I really like their recipes, get this one here.

Make Your Own Argyle

I love argyle print and I can think of a shirt of two of Madie's that would benefit from this addition :)
Lu Bird Baby has a tutorial here.

Popcorn Recipes

***Update: I made the first one (the cinnamon bun popcorn) and it was so super easy and delicious!***

I think I like popcorn more than I realized...as long as it is covered in chocolate (or sugar)! Like this...

and this...

and this (all courtesy of Our Best Bites).

Umbrella Card

Wouldn't this make an adorable baby shower invite? Instructions here.

Scratch off lottery ticket

I have no idea when I would ever need to know how to make my own scratch off lottery tickets, but I want to know that I have the instructions some place safe, just in case. I found this here.

Ruffle Skirt

The more I look at craft blogs the more I want to learn how to sew. That way I could make adorable things like this (found here).

Bookmark

Obviously this wouldn't be for myself (since I'm not much of a reader), but I think it would make a cute gift. I found it here.

Pumpkin Topiary

How pretty are these? I've seen these on several blogs...such as here and here.

Glowing Jack-O-Lanterns

I like this version...

and this version (both from Not So Idol Hands).

Leaf Balls

Someday I will, hopefully, have enough money to make all of the fun crafty decorations and what not that are currently making their way from my over-crowded "favorites folder" to this blog.
Like these leaf balls from Joys of Home, found here.

Cardboard box oven

How cute is this play oven made out of a cardboard box?!  (found here, thanks Martha!)
I'm totally going to make one for Madie...one of these days. However, there are a few things I plan on doing differently. I'll show you my changes once they're done.

Candy Corn Cake

***Update: I made my own version using lemon cake mix (eliminating the need to dye part of the cake mix yellow). It was cute but I didn't freeze the bottom layer before pouring on the orange layer. Yeah, you definitely want to do that! Maybe next year I'll be brave enough to try their orange flavored version.***

How cute is this cake?!?! Recipe found here.

Halloween Treat Bucket

Kristi showed me this cute treat bucket (found here) and so we decided to do our own version for our girls this year.

After a trip to the dollar store (for the bucket) and the ribbon store and about $5 later, this is what I came up with:
